Do we have source control in Oracle?

We are planning to have source control for change and deploying of Oracle financials scripts. Currently we have configured all the scripts in Linux environment to call and execute all the type of scripts like SQL, Perl, shell scripts, concurrent program, executable, Oracle standard scripts, images, jpeg files, forms, RDF, RTF files, spawn programs & SQLPLUS programs. Do we have any source control like Git / Bit bucket on Oracle already to have source control?
