Can a Requisition Be Associated to a Recurring PO Voucher Contract?

Can a recurring PO voucher contract be associated to an approved requisition? We use reqs to garner the approvals for purchase, and so would want the PO used for the recurring PO Voucher Contract to have that requisition associated.
