ETRM Patch 32405646

I downloaded the ETRM patch zip files patch 32405646....with six zip files. I am trying to unzip file 3 from the download directory on my local laptop to a directory also on my local laptop. Right now, it is saying the estimate is that it will take a day to complete the unzip. After this one completes, I still have THREE more to do.

What am I doing wrong? How do I get the ETRM on my local machine?
