How to change the Lessor on an existing Operating lease

Hi Community -

We need to change the lessor on an existing operating lease. Is it possible to change that on the existing lease (so we keep the history) or do we need to terminate it and create a new lease? The AN8 field is grayed out in Lease Revisions but is there another option that I am not thinking/aware of?
