Post Oracle upgrade to 19c : "JS kgl get object wait" events in Scheduler jobs

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded our database from 11g to 19c(19.10) and ever since have been noticing a lot of wait events. Our's is 4 node RAC database.

To list a few:

1) JS kgl get object wait

2) enq: JG queue locks

3) DLM cross inst call completion

We are working with support on SRs but not much documentations around these. Has anyone faced these issues post db upgrade.

Any quick pointers will be very helpful.
