Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. JDE: How to use media objects system function to enter/get text from custom media object

Hi,

I am trying to enter/retrieve text into a find/browse form using a custom media object. I followed the below steps but it is not working.

1. Created a custom media object data structure GT55TEST

2. Inserted media object control to the find/browse form .

3. Created a button to save the notes entered in this control for the items selected in the find browse grid.

Using the below system function to enter/save notes to F00165.

Insert is not working. If it work I want to display the notes in this control for the items selected in the grid,
