sql*net connection seems disconnected using Windows RDP

Hello !

Windows 10 client/Windows 2016 R2 server/ Oracle 12c

We have an issue at a customer, they use Windows RDP to connect to an application server. server and client on the same network.

They run our application, they pause the work sometimes by disconnecting the rdp session, sometimes by just leaving it running. when they come back and continues the work, the application crach. and they need to restart. This does not occour everytime but a few times a week. the pause can be anything from 10 minutes to 3 hours. The customer claims swithching rdp app made the issue to be experienced less frequent.
