Oracle 19c install on AIX 7.1 fails at netca call

Hi everyone

I have a fresh AIX 7.1 TL5 partition running on an old Power6 p520Express VM Instance and am trying to install Oracle 19c on to it. During the installation I first hit an error as such:

ld: 0711-715 ERROR: File /apps272/oracle/product/19.0.0/dbhome_1/lib//libjavavm19.a cannot be processed.

  The file must be an object file, an import file, or an archive.
