How to Point Siebel Application (IP21) to different Database

Hi,

We have installed our DEV IP21.x Siebel Application on MS Windows using MS SQL 2019 Database and DB instance name is SBLVAN. Now we want to point Siebel Application DEV to different MS SQL Database SBLDEV.

Both SBLVAN and SBLDEV residing on Same Windows machine.

What are the steps required in this case please?
