Unable to find Ledger/Ledger set at Data Access set.

Hello,

I have created Ledger set with different ledgers in TEST instance and I can set the same ledger set at Data access set along the Ledger/Ledger set name defaulted with ledger set.

When created the same in PROD I don't find any data under data access set.

Is there any specific reason.
