TAM Status Codes and Associated Reasons
Can someone please clarify that selecting an associated reason tied to a status code has no effect on the new status code itself? Users are asking that new associated reasons be added to an existing code, but want the status to change to something particular when ONLY these new associated reasons are selected. I told them I didn't think the system worked that way and questioned why they just didn't use new status codes. Am I incorrect in my thinking?
