Demand driven sales order will not cancel

in Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered ✓

We are using 9.2.

For one customer, we are using their demand to create SD orders. The orders (and their OD) create fine, but we now need to cancel an SD. We delete the demand and reprocess, but it will not cancel the SD demand driven sales order. I have:

Validated the status change limit on both P4210 and P4310 versions

Validated that the P4210 version is set to display status codes

There is no WC message, the job completes normally.

It is like it's not seeing the sales order because it is an SD. Any help you can give would be appreciated.
