SVM920 tables not created under JDE920 after running Planner

Hi,

While performing the installation am facing an issues which leads me to two questions.


A. After running the Planner all other system tables are visible under JDE920 database but unable to SVM920 tables. Does this means that SVM920.F986101 and other tables would be created after Installation workbench.


B. Also when trying to Upgrade TR from enterprise instance from server manager it asks for database id and credentials but gives an error of invalid credentials even after supplying "sa" credentials. What could be the reason, do i have to forcefully do the TR upgrade manually or it could be done through server manager.
