Can we delete Branch/Plant Constant Setup (P41001) for a Branch/Plant?

Hi Oracle,

We need to De-Activate certain B/P in JD Edwards so that nobody can enter any Transactions (Stock/Non-Stock).

Understand we can handle it via Security Workbench. However, can we handle it via deleting P41001 records? Will it also work for non-stock SO or PO or WO?

Please advise.
