Tracking Trustees for Underage Beneficiaries for Insurance Plan Types

When an employee selected an underage dependent (under 18 yrs of age) as a life insurance beneficiary, our insurance policy requires the employee to name a trustee for that dependent in case the employee pass. This trustee can be anyone and can be of any relationship with the employee (sibling, parent, friend, neighbor or a trustee company) and does not have to be listed as the employee's dependents. All we need to track is the trustee's name and the relationship to the employee. But the trustees will have to be plan specific because employees could
