Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How do I use finecut to give access to a menu for a role

Hi,

I'm trying to give a new role access to a menu in JDE but it's not working and need help. I followed these steps:

Select Menu Filtering
Change view to menu
Right click and select Save Role, and choose the role which required the menu update.
Right click and save role
found the role and pressed select
cleared menu cache in server manager

I want to give the role access to the entire menu, and all menu items have a green check mark.
