How to create online form where different people contribute to it's completion
Not sure this is right category.
I am familiar with creating forms and posting for others to complete. I know how to specify approval roles.
Can I take a form that must be filled out by different people at different times and build that into a Peoplesoft form?
For example, information on a New Hire form is initiated one place. Someone fills out partial fields. The form is then sent to a another department where it is filled out more completely. After that, the paper is submitted for approval and final disposition
Is this possible with Peoplesoft forms? Looks like it needs a workflow.
