How best to prevent OL 8.3 from updating to 8.4

Hi, I recently discovered that our OL 8 channel brought us from Oracle Linux 8.3 to 8.4, we needed to freeze at OL 8.3 for customers, what would be the best way to prevent this (or fix this) upgrade/jump?
