Onboarding Step Utilizing DocuSign

In Onboarding we have a step that uses a non-peoplesoft url and the page that opens utilizes DocuSign. When trying to sign into DocuSign we get an error saying that the content can not be displayed in a frame. Has anyone configured a step that utilizes DocuSign successfully? Since it wont open in a frame I was wondering if it might be possible to configure so that when you click on the step to have it open in a new window? We are using PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2.
