How to Upgrade EBS 11.5.10.CU2 with DB 11.2.0.4 to EBS 12.2.10 with 19c database on ODA?

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade one of our customer's EBS 11.5.10.Cu2 with 11.2.0.4 database on ODA platform TO EBS 12.2.10 with 19c database.

So we are upgrading

EBS 11.5..10.Cu2 to EBS 12.2.10

Upgrading the database from 11.2.0.4 to 19c

The Platform is Oracle database appliance (ODA) 19.8 where the current DB is running and Application VM will be upgraded to Lunix 6 to Linux 7

Can you please suggest the Steps with different Note?
