A NullPointerException is raised in the EBS Purchasing or iProcurement 12.2.x applications after applying Patch 32642088:R12.FWK.C "ORACLE APPLICATION FRAMEWORK (FWK) RELEASE 12.2.9 BUNDLE9

The issue can occur with any of the following navigation in the Applications:

a. iProcurement Catalog Administration responsibility > Home Page

b. Purchasing responsibility > Buyer Work Center > Orders

c. Purchasing responsibility > Buyer Work Center > Requisitions
