In 9.2, new/updated Grid Formats a showing in my FC Default Project

JDE 9.2  [ Tools Release 9.2.5.3 ] our company is in DV for 9.2 right now.

Planned conversion from 9.1 in future.

In my Default Project I see new & updated Grid Formats. What is the proper resolution for these items the I see in OMW? When our users create grids, how should this be handled by our system administrator? If you could point me to some specific documentation to read up on this topic, it would be appreciated.
