How to alter Apex interactive reports in bulk

I need to alter 496 interactive reports and I was wondering if there is a way to automate it.

I haven't found anything in the API. Still, I wonder if there is a way.

To be more specific, I would like to alter the option to download as PDF. But I would also like to be able to alter column names, column types, and other report attributes.

Help would be much appreciated.
