How to change URL agent uses to communicate with OMS

Hello,

We upgrade our 13.2 to 13.4 system in december. Things are running fine. Our company was also acquired by a much bigger company and alot of Security mandates are being thrust upon the IT department. I want to do a lot of things, TSL upgrade, wallets, etc, but the first thing i'd like to do is change how the Agents communicate back to the oms. Can this be done? Should it? it would make the next upgrade simpler.

if that can happen, then i know the Certs need to updated and reimported into our wallet. SHA512 is already used, so that shouldn't need to be changed.
