Upgrade RPAS/Fusion from v16.0.3.21 to v16.0.3.130

I have MFP currently on version v16.0.3.21. Working on upgrading it to v16.0.3.130.

I have a question about upgrading the Weblogic components.

Weblogic, and ADF patches between these 2 versions are exactly the same. In this case, do I still need to start with re-installing Weblogic, and ADF? Or can I just re-install the Fusion client?


The reason for my question is - I re-installed just the Fusion client. But I am now seeing an issue that was fixed in v16.0.3.40 -
