How to change Configured Fields owning workspace?

Hi All,

I have moved some project to other workspaces but configured fields are not accessible in the target workspace. I try to change owning workspace for these configured fields but it is not possible.

The owning workspace is " Testing" as highlighted below :

But when I go to Testing workspace to change the workspace for some configured fields, nothing is showed in Testing workspace. As below :

I really appreciate it if you could help me on this issue.
