Do we have any option to generate the Inv Kanban to WIP jobs in unreleased status?

We use the Oracle Kanban function with Source Type = Production.  When we replenish the Production Kanban Cards, it kicks off the WIP Mass Load and Discrete Jobs are automatically created in Released status.  But we need the Discrete Jobs are automatically created in Un-released status.

Note: we are not using Ekanban.
