Create new project from Template

Hi

I have created a new Project template and saved it. Status is Approved

Now, I am trying to create new project from the template.

Responsibility: Projects Implementation Superuser-->Projects--> Find Template.

Clicked on "Copy To" and it asked to enter the details, entered the Project Name, start & end date, Organization, Project Manager and Customer. When I click on OK, nothing happens, no message is shown if the project is create or not. If I click on OK again, it gives error that "enter unique project number" , which means the previous OK saved the project.

When I try to find the project it is not found. when I try to fund it under Agreements, I cannot find the project created
