Submission of Timecards

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) Question

Hi,


I would like to request your assistance why would I didn't submit timecards. The error says

"Comments - The Oracle error is: ORA-20000: ORA-20001:ORA-20001: Data UP_CHECK_TIME_ENTRY not found at line 49 of HXC_UP_OTL_TIME_ENTRY_CHECK Cause: A SQL SELECT statement, obtained from the application dictionary, returned no rows when executed. Action: Please refer to your local support representative.."
