Address Self Service with Chrome AutoFill

Has anyone come across an issue where an end-user 'picks' an address from their Chrome Auto-Fill addresses and then it either saves incorrectly or won't save at all? If adding a new effective-dated address, we see fields 'populated' by the autofill don't actually save. The address saved is a blend of the old address and the new (i.e. new street address, old city and state). If it's a brand new address (first of it's type, like mailing address), auto-fill addresses won't save. (i.e. there's an error that the City or State is a required field, even
