Does Applicant Checklist copy to Person Assignment Checklist upon hire?

Hi, we recently upgraded to PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM image 35. I have an end user saying before the upgrade when they created an Applicant Checklist it was copied to the Person Assignment Checklist when the hire was completed. I have been unable to determine if this is delivered or we lost a customization. Can someone confirm if this functionality exists as delivered?
