Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. PRC Distribute Labor Costs going to error

If we keep 2 lines for inv org in the organization labor costing rules the program is going into error with

" pacgud: Error inserting cost distribution lines for New Eis

pacgud: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PA"."PA_COST_DISTRIBUTION_LINES_ALL"."AMOUNT#1")"

If we keep only the OU Line setup then the program completes normally but with rejection "NO cost rule". Log and output attached.
