customer type LOV

Hi all, in R12.2 Receivables / customer search there is a customer type LOV. In there, I have only two values (Organization and Person) but, users have three values (one additional value --> 'All').

I am using the same responsibility used by the user to search for a customer. I am wondering how is it achieved? I need to have same LOV for me also to debug an issue. Any suggestions?
