QP: Bulk Import of Price List Program successfully processed Lines & Attr, but no lines in forms.

in Oracle 12.1.3, QP, I am creating a price list through Pricing Data Bulk Loader. QP: Bulk Import of Price List Program completed normal:

Number Of Errored Lines: 0

Number Of Successfully Processed Pricing Attr: 1

Number Of Errored Pricing Attr: 0

However, when I query the price list in forms there are no lines to display, only the header.

Reviewing QP_LIST_LINES and QP_PRICING_ATTRIBUTES, I see the lines there, but they do not show up in forms.

Please help, Gurus!
