can we use 12.1.3 version of LOV for entering Contract Customer role in 12.2.10 Project Contracts

we would like to use the 12.1.3 version of the LOV shown when entering a Contract Customer in Project Contracts Roles and Contacts tab in 12.2.10. The 12.2.10 version includes an address and lists all addresses for each customer and we prefer the 12.1.3 version which shows one line per unique customer.
