How to change apps server configuration to work with primary db server if primary apps server is dwn

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi all,

If EBS R12.2 primary application server is gone, how we can correctly point one of the application standby servers to connect to primary database server?

Kindly note that using Doc ID 1491855.1, we configured standby application server as mentioned in 5.1 Configuration 1: Configuring the Standby application tiers to connect the STANDBY Database.
