ACA Series 1 code 1A

For the 2021 year we are configuring the ACA process for the first time (previously a 3rd party has been submitting the file). We are seeing results for series 1 code that do not use the expected 1A value in series 1 Line 14 of 1095 for any employees. We do see values of 1B-1H... Can anyone shed some light on the setup we need to configure to allow for the 1A code to appear on Line 14 of 1095?
