WIP QA-Hold Does Not Flag Parts

Product Version: 12.1.3


We currently have a QA-Hold inspection plan that doesn't flag parts on WIP jobs, causing those parts to be received into bulk even though they have quality issues. We are using Telnet for movement and have a Quality option that appears on the screen, but states a plan must be set up. We have tried setting up a WIP inspection plan, with Completion Transactions. That has not worked. I have been told we may have to set up specifications, but I am not sure how to go about that in a way that would associate the plan to allow
