Updating table PAY_US_EMP_FED_TAX_RULES_F Further Tax Info FF does not push data to form

Good Afternoon...

I have an API that I use for onboarding. It is working out great except for some reason the fields in the following form are blank even though the data is in the table that support these segments. The data is updated in the table:

Nothing in the form flex fields.

I do not think this is an issue with my API as the data is getting updated on the table. Is there some link that I need to establish to the FF in the form? that does not make sense because the data is getting to the table.
