Looking for Enterprise Manager for Oracle Database 13.4.0.14 upgrade Patch.

I am currently at Enterprise Manager for Oracle Database for Windows version 13.4.0.0.0, I am looking for the required upgrade patches to 13.4.0.14 for Windows environment.

I am having a hard time finding the patches in Oracle Support or online.

Any help is appreciated.
