Oracle EBS etrm - etrm_search.html - file not found

I have downloaded and unzipped the EBS electronic technical manuals (etrms) as advised in document 2736939.1,

The instructions say open file index.html which tries to access etrm_search.html which comes up file not found. I tried to find etrm_search.html manually but to no avail.

Has anyone got a resolution to this? I could not find anything on MoS.
