Integrating on premise P6 PPM standalone with Primavera Cloud

Hello,

I am trying to determine if it is possible to integrate Primavera Cloud with an external contractor's on premise standalone P6 PPM. I have verified that the version is 19.2 or higher. Is integration possible? If so, where do I tell the contractor to locate the URL?

Please let me know if there is any additional information needed to assess the feasibility of this.
