Error picking up checks in Simphony

Hi everyone,


We are currently using Simphony Cloud version 18.2.5.0.100 and we are having issues posting checks . We are getting Error picking up check message and check not saved in the check and posting database.


The only way to fix it is to reboot CAPS server but that's just a band aid.


Has anyone seen this before and how did you fix the root cause?
