How to Load Classification Factors on Elements via HDL?

Hello Experts,

Can you please let me know on how to load the Classification Factors on Elements page via HCM Data Loader (HDL) . Below image displays the page which need to be populated, I did not find any METADATA inside PayrollElementDefiniton.dat which can be used to load this.

If anyone has worked on this or has a sample HDL then please let me know?
