Unable to install 21.4 in silent mode.

Hello to all,

I am trying to install Siebel 21.4 in silent mode. I managed to install it graphically. I saved the answer file and then ran the command :

./runInstaller -invPtrLoc /opt/siebel/ss/oraInventory/oraInst.loc -debug -silent -responseFile /opt/install/install_ss_21.4.0.0.rsp

I specify that the file oraInst.loc exists as well as the file install_ss_21.4.0.0.rsp.

However, I have the following error:
