Fluid Benefits

Hi -

We are currently on 9.2-PUM36 / 8.58.08. We are looking to implement fluid benefits in the next few months.

Few questions:

We currently use activity guides in QLE's. The main change would be the fluid benefits sections for the benefit elections. We would need to do this for OE, New Hires and QLE's. We are starting with New Hires and QLE's.

Our goal is to implement by October 1st. Can you all advise how long it took for your move to fluid benefits and if there was any "gotcha's" during the project that we should be thinking of in advance?
