Automatically add "-Oracle" to the profile name for Oracle employees

In the old forum there was a rule in place that Oracle employees all had "-Oracle" (or "-Orcl") appended to their profile name in the forum. This made it obvious to everybody if it was a custom/external or an Oracle employee asking or replying in the forum.

In this new forum this information is only visible when opening the person profile and looking at the roles if "ORACLE_EMPLOYEE" is present or not.

As almost no new user really follow the guidelines to rename from User_XYZ12 to a human-readable name, having at least a way to know if we are dealing with an Oracle employee or not would be helpful.
