Short URLs for JDE have stopped working

Hi,

Short URLs stopped working in our JDE TEST environment. This occurred after a server restart. The only change of which I am aware is that Microsoft patch KB5003681 was installed to the test servers: database, enterprise and web.

  • Weblogic server 12.1.3
  • The file mod_wl_ohs.conf has not been changed.
  • The instance URL in server manager still works.
  • The short URL will resolve to an IP address when pinged
  • Three environments exist on the same server and are setup in the file mod_wl_ohs.conf.
  • Restarting the server did not help.
  • Web browsers report that the page cannot be reached.
