I can't apply coding to all lines of a purchase req

in Procurement - EBS (MOSC) Question

When I'm evaluating req coding in iProcurement, I need the ability to apply a coding change to all lines of a req. Currently, when I do this, I get a generic message saying an error has occurred and I need to contact my system administrator.
