Is it possible to create a .pdb file without unplug the pdb from the container?

Creating PDBs from .PDB files is faster and easier than all the others methods when the destination server is different from the source or when they don't have access to the source infrastructure, so, I would like to create the .PDB file without unplug it from the container, just like the DBMS_PDB.DESCRIBE does with the XML file, is it possible?
